Bathroom-Second Floor

There used to be a window on the wall to the left. You can see on the outside of the house where the window used to be and the bricks that were used to patch over the opening. I want to put the window back in. And put a vanity on either side of the window. The entire room will need plumbing and electric. Ben is very good at plumbing and electric, but hates framing, dry wall and finishing (miters, molding, etc.) With the kitchen being remodeled directly below this room it is OK to mess up the kitchen ceiling and the bathroom floor because it would need to be fixed anyway.
