Jean Farmer at Allstate Home Insurance told us we had 30 days to install stairs at the back door or our policy would be cancelled...somehow two weeks later our 30 days were up and they cancelled it. I wouldn't recommend her as an agent...it was an aggrivating ordeal to get the problem rectified, and she still insisted it was our fault. So after a long days work, then going to my office Christmas party, I came home and worked late into the night to get these built. It also just happened to be the coldest night in December and we had company visiting....funny how it all works out.
